Before: The patient is five feet, four inches tall and weighs 177 pounds, with a body mass index BMI of 29. On examination, she demonstrates Grade III breast ptosis, characterized by significant descent of the breast tissue and nipple position below the inframammary fold.

After: On examination, she demonstrates significantly improved breast symmetry. The right breast remains slightly larger than the left, though the overall contour is well balanced. Nipple sensation is intact bilaterally. A total of 440 grams of tissue was removed from the left breast and 405 grams from the right to achieve optimal proportion and shape.

Before: The patient is five feet eleven inches tall and weighs 166 pounds, giving her a healthy body mass index (BMI) of 23. On examination, her breasts are a size G with noticeable sagging consistent with Grade III ptosis. There is also fullness along the outer portions of the breasts, extending toward the underarm area.

After: Her breasts are full, round, and symmetrical, with naturally pink nipples. During the procedure, 410 grams of tissue were removed from the left breast and 440 grams from the right breast.

Before: The patient is five feet three inches tall and weighs 202 pounds, giving her a body mass index (BMI) of 36. On examination, she has very large breasts with a significant glandular component and Grade III ptosis bilaterally. The nipple–areolar complexes are enlarged, measuring approximately 50 to 55 millimeters in diameter. She also has a large abdominal scar from a previous abdominoplasty, which includes a vertical component and two horizontal components, one of which extends beneath the breasts.

After: On examination, her breasts are symmetrical and well-contoured. All incisions are well-approximated and healing nicely, and nipple sensation is intact. The skin shows a healthy, natural pink tone consistent with the rest of her body, with no signs of increased redness or irritation. A total of 930 grams of tissue were removed from the left breast and 965 grams from the right, along with 750 milliliters of fat removed overall.

Before: The patient is five feet four inches tall and weighs 145 pounds, resulting in a body mass index (BMI) of 24.9. She appears well-developed, well-nourished, and in good overall health, showing no signs of distress. On examination, she has moderately sized breasts with Grade II ptosis.

After: On examination, all incisions are well-healed, with no redness, drainage, or signs of infection. The nipples are healthy and viable. The left nipple appears slightly sunken compared to the right. The right breast shows a bit more projection, while the left breast appears somewhat wider—a difference that has been present since before surgery. A total of 315 grams of tissue were removed from the left breast and 360 grams from the right.
