Tissue Weight: L:380g, R:430g

Kel-Chest reconstruction, Double incision, Lateral chest roll, No nipples

Before: The patient is 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs 256 pounds, and has a body mass index (BMI) of 40.1. On examination, he presents with large, pendulous breasts demonstrating bilateral Grade II ptosis. The planned incisions will likely cross the midline to achieve optimal contouring and symmetry.
Lateral chest rolls and back rolls are present, along with feminine fat pads.

After: On examination, the incisions are thin and flat, with no evidence of hypertrophy, erythema, induration, or hematoma formation. There is only minimal swelling noted.
A total of 2,900 grams of tissue was removed from the left side and 3,100 grams from the right side, resulting in a well-balanced and symmetrical chest contour.
